Frequently asked questions

What happens when I reach 5 labels on the free plan?
Your existing labels and QR codes keep working. To create a sixth label, upgrade to Unlimited at €149 per year excluding VAT for one winery, with no per-label fees.
Are the labels EU compliant?
The generator helps prepare ingredients and nutrition information under the EU rules. Check your product data, translations and complete bottle label for each destination market. Automated field checks do not replace a legal review.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
QR codes printed on bottles must keep working, so published label pages stay online even after you cancel. You only lose the ability to create new labels beyond the free tier.
I already have e-labels with another provider. Can I switch?
Yes — paste the link to your existing e-label and we pre-fill the form with your wine's data. Review, save, print the new QR code.
