- What happens when I reach 5 labels on the free plan?
- Your existing labels and QR codes keep working forever. To create a sixth label, upgrade to Unlimited — one flat price for as many labels as you need.
- Are the labels EU compliant?
- Labels follow the EU wine labeling requirements for ingredients, allergens and nutrition declarations introduced by Regulation (EU) 2021/2117. Final compliance always depends on the accuracy of the data you enter.
- What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
- QR codes printed on bottles must keep working, so published label pages stay online even after you cancel. You only lose the ability to create new labels beyond the free tier.
- I already have e-labels with another provider. Can I switch?
- Yes — paste the link to your existing e-label and we pre-fill the form with your wine's data. Review, save, print the new QR code.
